Order Cancellation Policy

At Bontonwear, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. That is why we have a clear order cancellation policy to assist you should you change your mind.

How to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you made the order. This is the period before your order begins to process. To cancel your order, you can write to us, stating your order details.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Also, once 24 hours have elapsed or once your order has begun processing or shipping, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, do not worry, as you can return the item using our return policy and get a full refund. This way, you are not locked out even if your order has already begun its way to your doorstep.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may just change your mind. If this happens after the cancellation window, you can return your item using our return and exchange policy.

What Happens After Cancellation

What happens when we accept your cancellation:

  • We will send you an email confirming your cancellation.
  • We will refund your payment back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are normally made within 7 business days; however, your bank may take longer.

Partial Orders

If you have ordered more than one item, you can cancel some of them before proceeding. You can contact us and specify the items you wish to cancel. Refunds for those items will be processed separately.

Special Orders 

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled if the production has already begun. It is recommended to carefully check your order before making any custom orders.
