Bonton Wear has a simple way to exchange goods within 30 days. If you have any problem related to the staff, then you have the option to contact us through our customer service individual. Our representative is will contact you within 24 hours. However, no return policy is will apply after 30 days.

The Policy to Cancel the Order

This is our policy that if you want to cancel your order, then you need to make the request within 24 hours after the placement of the order. The entire amount is would be returned if the order is canceled within 24 hours. But if you have to cancel your order after 24 hours, then there are some other terms and conditions that are will apply, which are as follows:

• No cancellation request would be accepted after 3 days of order confirmation.
• If the customer wants to cancel the order after 24 hours, then a 30% amount will be deducted from his/her account.
• If the customer is has made the cancellation request 3 days prior to shipping, then 50% is will be deducted from his/her account.

The Policy to Exchange

If you want to exchange your jacket for another size, then we will exchange the jacket without any extra amount. However, the customer needs to pay for the handling and shipping amount which will depend on the weight and size.

The return policy is will apply if you find any size, color, or design-related issue from us. All you need to do is contact us through email and provide us the details as well as the picture of the item within 7 business days. Our customer service representative is will contact you in order to inform you about the return and exchange procedure.

The Policy to Return

• If you are ordering a similar item but in another color and size, then the return and exchange policy will apply.
• Our customers need to share accurate details with us as the return and exchange policy does not apply to custom orders.
• The customer needs to bear the expense of handling and shipping according to the size and weight of the product in case of return.
• No exchange or refund policy is would apply if the tags of the product have been removed.
• After 24 hours of receiving the item, we will not accept any return, exchange, or refund request.
• This is our policy that our quality control team check the color, sizing, and stitching of the jacket. However, if you have any issues, then you need to share the details and images of the piece in the given email.

The Policy for Customs Duty / Charges

This is our policy that we bear the shipping cost. But, each country has its own customs rules, and these need to be managed by the customer.
